中文摘要 本研究探討當代臺灣證券公司營業廳的科技、空間與社會型構。 回顧金融社會研究與經濟社會學相關理論，可整理出「市場工具」 （market device）、「市場空間」與「關係鑲嵌」觀點，來分析臺灣證 券公司營業廳的科技、空間、社會關係與「經濟行動」之間的關係。然 而，這些觀點都以「市場框架」（market frame）來解釋證券公司營業 廳與投資人結合的「組構集合體」（agencement），著重以「市場性功 能」來討論這個「組構集合體」的存在、行動與意義。然而，本研究指 出，理解當代臺灣證券公司營業廳「組構集合體」需置於「社會─市 場」整體框架。長時間使用這個「市場工具」來實踐市場行動所產生的 獨特交易慣習與凝聚之社會關係，已成為維持這個組構集合體的核心支 柱，社會性意義在市場行動中不斷被實踐。證券公司營業廳已從「市場 工具」轉化為「社會─市場工具」。「行動者」也從「經濟組構集合 體」轉化為以「社會性」與「市場性」共同主導且相互交錯的「社會／ 經濟的組構集合體」。這個「空間」原本的「社會／市場」界線也變得 更為模糊與流動。產生於此「市場工具」的社會關係支撐著這個「組構 集合體」在市場上持續運作。倘若其中的「工具」或「社會關係」劇烈 變動或消逝，則這種「行動者」型態可能就會從市場消失。 關鍵詞：市場工具、組構集合體、證券公司營業廳、臺灣股票市場、個 人投資人 |

| 英文摘要 abstract | Socio-Market Frame: The Configuration of Devices, Space and Social Relations of Taiwanese Brokerage Offices Yu-Hsiang CHEN Department of Sociology National Taipei University Abstract As market devices designed for individual investors, brokerage offices have dominated the Taiwan stock market for several decades. However, their economic functions are being replaced by new market technologies such as online trading systems. These technologies are exposing brokerage office inefficiencies (especially in terms of trading speed) and high costs. A certain type of individual investor continues to use them due to entrenched habits and the potential for social interactions. Thus, market actors (socio-technical agencements) and market actions are being shaped by the socio-market frame rather than the pure market frame. Brokerage office configurations are assembled and maintained by social relations, with the social meanings of associated devices and spatial factors underpinning the actors’ financial practices.
